In my previous posting, I told you all that the hard part (waiting for whatever happens) had started. Well, it’s both hard and fun. Hard, as I still don’t have a clue what she’s actually thinking of me (there are slight signals for either option), but also fun as it’s giving me the opportunity to really get to know her a little better. My problem with the latter though, is that I really hate to bother people and I tend to take a really defensive pose due to that. Then again, it’s always nice to develop my skills a little more (heck, I even paid her an impulsive-visit yesterday; now that’s something you don’t really see with me: impulsive actions).
In the meantime there seems to be little change. While people around her are starting to ask questions after having seen me and (apparently) concluding I’m all over her, her claims remain the very same: no change of heart.
In the meantime, some people around me who advised me to stay away from her due to certain potential problems, have started noticing that she (despite the situation) actually makes me happy. Those people have currently shown a slight turnaround, starting to doubt whether it could possibly turn out all right after all and (even better) wishing me luck.
Luck might indeed be what I need, as I’m pretty sure it won’t be a lack of love or unwillingness from my side. Whereas in the past I always doubted whether or not I liked someone ‘enough’, this time I just ‘know’ I do. And even though there are gazillions of potential problems, I refuse to sit still and give up: she’s simply worth the hassle.
And so, the wait continues… Let’s just hope it’ll be less waiting and more of the fun we had recently.

Don’t knock having fun and enjoying yourself Dennis. Once you are in a relationship it’s far from all like that. Enjoy the good times when they are there.

Not entirely, I’ve had a good amount of fun in previous relationships. Problem is that this thing probably won’t go into the direction of a relationship.

Denis you really have to listen to what your heart tells you in a situatin like this. Dont think that all your fun times with her will come to a hault after you get into a relationship with her. Because seriously, not every relationship is shear torture! i recently have gotten engaged. and my fiance’ and when we spend time together is my happiest moments ever. so good luck and just be yourself.
